Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS and UPS. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or delivery service.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and your order number to [your email address], and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
